Conifer Konstruktion operates a structured management system that supports project execution, administration, operations oversight and site supervision. The chart below presents our current reporting and oversight relationships.

Conifer Konstruktion OrganogramThe Managing Director directly supervises the Financial Controller and Head of Administration, Project Manager and Operations Manager. The Accountant and Customer Care and Storekeeper report to the Financial Controller. Three Site Managers each supervise their site workforce. How the structure works

The Managing Director provides executive leadership across the company. The Financial Controller / Head of Administration oversees the Accountant and Customer Care / Storekeeper. The Project Manager and Operations Manager provide project and operational leadership respectively.

Conifer currently operates three site management teams. Each Site Manager leads the workforce assigned to the site, including craftsmen, day labourers and subcontractor staff. Site Managers maintain functional reporting relationships with the Project Manager, Operations Manager and Accountant, providing technical, operational and financial information as required.
